The Multicultural Forum with the combined skills of its staff, trustees and partners has the potential to facilitate the engagement of communities, create equality of opportunities and build the capacity of inspired individuals and raise their aspirations to make for a vibrant and cohesive place in which to live and work. STAFF :-
Radhia Tarafder, Chief Executive :- With a background in advertising, marketing and broadcast journalism, I arrived at the community and voluntary sector a decade or so ago when stepping across from television news to community media and have been involved in the third sector ever since: from community development and & learning and as a consultant within diversity and equalities, interfaith, participation and cohesion.

Chair :-

Mano Singh, Chair :- I am actively involved in social work. I am a Holding Trustee of Basingstoke Hindu Society which manages Carnival Hall; I am the Vice Chairman of Indian Association, member of Probus Club, and Captain of Overton Golf Society. I was also Secretary of the Lilly Social Club for four years while in employ with them. I have a long professional working history as an Engineer, Office Facilities Planner and Team Leader with a wealth of administrative and organisational skills.
